Broccoli Casserole Recipe


1 lb. frozen broccoli

½ lb velveeta cheese (or as much as you like)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Package of ritz crackers



Cut velveeta up into small cubes (easier to melt)

Steam broccoli to desired softness (be sure to drain any excess water)

Add cheese and cream of mushroom soup while broccoli is still hot. Mix together, (you can add more cheese if you like it real cheesy like I do)

But in casserole dish , crush up ritz crackers ( I usually crush them up while still in the sleeve) and cover the entire top of the broccoli mix to your desired thickness.

Place casserole in oven until crackers brown.



Some people add rice or chicken or both which makes for a great all in one meal.
